Andy Hill - Delivery Manager

"I have always put happiness and wellbeing above anything else when it comes to my career. Joining Broadbean was a bit of a leap of faith for me as it required me to take a small step backwards into a more junior role, rather than some of the more senior positions I was considering at the time. There were so many reasons behind this decision, and so many factors that helped differentiate Broadbean from my other options. Firstly, our unusually young and charismatic Managing Director (Dan McGuire) is a hugely inspirational character and a bit of a motivational guru, with a relaxed organisational philosophy that I find hugely appealing. I hate being micro-managed, and at Broadbean you are given the freedom to do your job without having someone breathing over your shoulders at every turn. Of course you are expected to work your socks off, but you do it under your own steam. Other defining factors include the wonderful people, the crazy marketing strategies and the happy customers off the back of a truly great, market leading product. Broadbean is run as a meritocracy, regardless of how long you have worked here, if you have the talent and the work ethic, you will be rewarded, just as I have, justifying my decision to go with my heart in joining this fantastic company! Next step..the world!!!"

Natasha Forde - Account Manager

"I love the people, everyone has made me feel so welcome and I have instantly become a part of the Bean family which makes me feel great. I enjoy my job and the relationships it allows me to build with all of the Broadbean clients, my days go so quickly, but every day after a hard day of work I feel a great sense of achievement. Choosing to work for the bean is the best decision I have made for a long time, I can honestly say I love the bean!"

Alex Hammond - Relationship Manager

"Since I started at Broadbean, I have been made to feel really welcome and I have already become part of the Broadbean family! It's such a refreshing change for me to be part of a company that both help AND encourage you in your day to day activities. I honestly believe it's the best decision I have ever made career wise and hope to grow within the company and become an important member of the team, pushing things forward in a professional and enthusiastic way. The outlook of Broadbean along with its excellent office atmosphere, makes this a superb place to work. For the first time in my life I actually enjoy coming to work."

Mohammed Ahmed - Integrations Consultant

"The relaxed environment is a sign of change from the usual hectic office place. It does make you think at first, but you begin to realise that everyone here strives to make sure our clients are receiving the service they expect, it's not just up to the sales or account management team, it's the entire company. This goes hand in hand with the culture of the company. People don't expect you to know everything, but if don't know something then all you have to do is ask, there's always someone there to provide the answer. Everyone here wants to succeed and make a conscious effort in trying to work to their absolute best."

Why I love 'The Bean' - By Emma Cuffaro, Key Account Manager

"Why I love 'The Bean' oh why oh why? Is it because the days just pass me by?
Is it the people who I class as my friends or those who make me laugh till the tears end.
Is it the clients who make each phonecall fun or the bulging green bean which we see more than the sun?
Is it the product which I'm proud to call ours or my boss which greets any problem with open arms?
Nope I can't say why I love 'The Bean' there are too many reasons why I'm so keen.
I'm a proud to be a 'Beaner'through and through and if you worked here so would you!"
